Hofstadter problem in higher dimensions [PDF]
Taro KimuraWe investigate some generalizations of the Hofstadter problem to higher dimensions with Abelian and non-Abelian gauge field configurations. We numerically show the hierarchical structure in the energy spectra with several lattice models.
